Return Policy


We guarantee that all our products are free of contaminants, and free of defects. They are guaranteed 30 days from the date of expedition. We also guarantee that they are safe and harmless. We are certain of this for a number of reasons. Every ingredient is picked in nature and uncontaminated by pesticides and other chemical pollutants. Again, this takes some explanation. Canada is largely unpolluted and the quality of the air and ground water is exceptional (cities excepted), compared to other developed countries. All the plants used in our preparations grow in the wild in remote, unpolluted areas only known to First Nations people. They are picked by experienced pickers from the Innu Nation, who fully respect the habitat and the plants' sustainability.

The active ingredients in the plants contain natural properties that prohibit contamination, even after a product has been opened. The preparation method depends entirely on Nature and its cycles and this, of itself, guarantees that when the product is at the end of its maceration cycle, it is proven to be at the peak of its energetic capacity. This is measurable. We do not guarantee product results for legal and ethical reasons, even though we are confident that they work every time; this is based on centuries of empirical evidence. All human beings are different and react in their own unique way. Sometimes it may take a little longer to get the desired result.

Damaged Product

Let us know immediately if you experience damage or loss of your order.  Save all the packaging.  Orders (except small items sent in puffy mailers by request) are shipped with insurance, and we will need you to work with us to get the claim processed with Canada Post.  You may be required to send the item and/or packaging and/or documents to Canada Post, prior to the claim being processed.  As soon as the claim is accepted, you will receive a refund for the damaged items, and in many cases the shipping as well.
For lost items, contact us after the item is due to arrive.  We will get the claim processed.  You may be required to fill out some documents for Canada Post, and when the claim is accepted, you will receive a refund.

Undelivered Product – Wrong address

We track your products. We usually know if a product has not arrived at its destination. Our system prohibits shipping to the wrong address, as shipments are tied to your personal information. If either case should ever happen, we send you the same product as ordered, at no cost to you. Fair is fair.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept checks, money orders or PayPal.


If you have any issues or concerns regarding a product, please email customer service. If you would like to be refunded, please state the reason for your request and you will be contacted to offer you a solution. We may offer to replace the product with another of equal value. We ask that you send the product back to us and, upon reception, we will refund you. Please note that expediting the product back to us is at your charge.

Refunds are processed only once returned items are received and inspected by our staff.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be in the SAME CONDITION as sold

Refunds may take up to a week or more to post back to your credit card after item is back in our hands - it is not instant.

All items must be shipped prepaid, with insurance.  Any damages or loss on the return of your item are your responsibility. 

We will refund you the cost of the item but NOT the cost of the shipping you paid.  This is standard policy in the online shopping World.   Once we receive the return we will process the refund (in the same fashion you paid) or if you'd like, we can credit your account towards a future purchase.  

If you are returning an item due to a mistake we've made (ie: wrong item, wrong size, etc...) We will refund you the return shipping and cost of the item once the return has been received back in our hands
